if without tiles on corridor/walkway, the condo may consider low end already.... PV hv13 tiles on walkway but the workmanship is dropped as compare to earlier PVs.
Other PV I dont know but for PV 13, have access card or no access card is no difference bcos if u don't have access card, the guard will open the door for u... somemore there are lots of African staying here and they are very very noisy... i am not discriminate them but when a condo with many African staying, the condo will be downgraded. Anyway, hi end or low end is very subjective. I just wanna highlight the issues in PV13 and hope these issues will happen to PV 15, 16, 17 and the phase 7. i am not the owner for PV13 but just tenant. plan to move out after contract ended. for ur info, PV 13 also doing the same... neeed to show the access card with pic which cost RM25 (RM20 deposit which is refundable & RM5 admin fee) for 1st year and subsequent year RM5 (admin fee).
but last time the security was not so strict & don't insist on seeing access card. now I don't know bcos I have 2 to 3 months didn't go gym & swim...hehe |
