Is Pentas 3 fully sold out? I prefer Pentas 3 layout. Also, looks like Pentas 4 price is quite high already...

this is at pentas 3. the metal are unevenly cut and look low quality. Is this the final product or they going to re-modify it?

Dear all xifu,
Am thinking to buy 1 unit pentas 4 for investment but can't decide whether to buy intermediate or corner unit type A3. Price wise different by about rm300k plus and the built up is only about 100 sq ft more but of coz land size is more than 1000 sq ft more. First time invest in landed property so reaaly need your advise. Thanks |

Does anyone know how is the process if the buyer is not a malaysian but has PR status? I know that it needs consent from land office but i'm worried that the first progressive billing is due anytime soon and still can't get the consent on time. If that's the case, is there any way to avoid the late payment penalty? Bank won't release the payment without this being done right? Need advise from all the xifu as i'm not familiar with the whole process. Thanks.

I saw P1 many units are up for sale, only 1 unit renovated and ready to move in.... How many here bought for own stay?
P2 VP on Oct19 confirmed? It's exactly a month away.... It felt like forever... Year end contractors all rushing to close before CNY... Hard to get contractors as many already have too many jobs on hand...zzzzzzzz |
