Can anyone upload the TTDI Alam Impian brochure which stated Gated & Guarded?

Gn G is out of the question cause u need strata title to do so

I think the best is guarded and fencing ..the road still maintain by government....jus wat we wan is same like ttdi.

They also individual title ....with fencing and guarded with a nice guard house like SPIRA

Not sure whether there is fence and guard ... I think cannot fence the area as long the road, rubbish collection etc still done by gov. Maybe nowaday authority just close one eye to give cf due to current unsafe enviroment ...

I think subject to discretion. Some municipal they allow fencing and guarded but the guard got no right to stop people from coming in and out. After midnite 12am to 6 am, you are even allow to put a barrier at the entrance like the one in bandar sri damansara.

Pentas 2!!! I really impress with the quality and spacious some more!!!!

IF TTDI for zorconia and spira can do it...i think pentas also able to do so...but how to initial it ..this is the question ...as next year are the vp for pentas...we need to find a solution quick.........AS we all know....I&P always deliver their project on time or may be earlier.....

Building Plan is stated without gate or fencing. So, what you think we can do to help?

Don't care of the authorities, ask someone to erect the gate?

Who dare to sign off the CCC / CF?



Or, you tell me what you can do, we act on your behalf lo....

If you try to bising the SA... they will say is like that lo, what can do?

If you send email to I&P, they will say authorities / building plan say like that, can not do anything

If you can call MB .... maybe got chance.....

After reading, I think very difficult since all individual title is categorize under guarded neighbourhood. So many restriction. No wonder I see a lot of housing area use cone, boom barrier contena box. All this are so ugly coz they are not allow to build a permanent one.
If only our country is safe, we dun even need to have all it at all. Save so much trouble.

Those gated and guarded community developed or approved BEFORE this rule was enforced in Sep 2010 can bypass this. That explains why some existing G&G areas are individual titled and still deemed legal under this new rule. Eg of such areas include ecopark, ttdi AI, ambang botanic, jade hills, kemuning utama etc

By right gomen shud support the initiative of having guarded and gated scheme bearing in mind this is effort by us the resident themself to prevent crime instead of coming out rules to restrict and govern it.
Again, if today our crime rate is as low as singapore or australia, do you think we need all this s**t like fence or guardhouse? Not at all. We can even have open concept like those houses in australia.
Imagine having a house that cost a bomb and you can only build a temporary structure juz to ensure gomen or local authority can remove if deemed not suitable. How ugly is that...

We know who to vote for in next GE. We want to have goverment that is more reasonable. You cant provide the security that people wanted and yet you prevent people from setup their own security .... Why gng residential is in demand? People are feeling insecure nowaday ...

yeah very stupid la u gomen. u should support. wtf. anyway back to topic, so meaning after 2010, it gets harder and harder? how come canting, subang jaya ss18 semi-d all can even have pondok pak guard. those were erected after 2010.

Acc to the guideline, for guarded neighboorhood, pondok can be there and should not be a permananent structure and with some size limit, but fencing not allowed.

Canting etc could have submitted application to the authority before sep 2010. Even TTDI AI is completed after Sep 2010, but likely that application was submitted to authority before that date as a whole development, so probabaly thats why they can bypass that

After Sep 2010, I cannot recall any NEW G&G that is individual titled. Anyone here know?
Eg, Eco glades launched recently is strata titled landed with G&G

Just do the fencing nicely. The local authority may not have the ntention to tear it down unless somebody complains. Our kampung, so do it our kampung style to protect the kampung folks. Ada berani?

im remember when i signed the SPA for the house....i did sign another letter to give consent if pentas want to fence up the area

I think it's up to I&P wan to do for us or not
