Don't buy if dont like.

The work to get it gated has to be done before building.
Now house all up dee....too much hassle to get it done.

Simple question...who wanna pay for fence? who wanna overlook the progress of building the fence? who decide what fence to use? payment who handle? if you are contractor you want such job?

If I&P didn't do it from start, its over.
Now only hope are those syndicate guarding team. Beware!!

eymc, not really bro. If u check out other phases of alam impian I&P, there are fences and being paid by owners of the houses. Canting will be next from what I heard that will be fenced

Thats what the sydincate company provide if you want later
which is happening all over terrace house community now.

For such a nice home, i want to see proper gated like kemuning utama or Naza Alam Impian those type of fence
is quite good looking too thats minimum standard and i am not even touching advance like eletric fence yet.

not the green fence bro. it is almost identical to Naza ttdi alam impian. Maybe when I get there I will take some pictures

That is undercoating base colour.

I was a bit unhappy if green is indeed the color..hehe

By the way the car porch design is good as the distance between the pillar is wide enough to park 2 car side by side comfortably...

True.also I tot abt it too but unfortunately only the corner unit is complete..the intermediate unit beside the corner unit was locked.. Can't go in n take picture. Nvm, next time I try.

That unit must ask the site agent to open for you one.....

I was at those two units that time, so i can feel the different there.

By the way, pentas come with plaster ceiling rite coz when I look up the ceiling look like plaster ceiling.. Can save some money for renovation.

If only pentas can come with signature kitchen cabinet..hehehe best...

Anyone of you using MBSB to finance the purchase of Pentas? Could you share some info?

I don't have any other options at my disposal because Pentas will be my 3rd property. After some considerations, I think it might be making sense to go with MBSB. Interest rate wise, say that a Pentas with a tag price of RM800k will cost monthly installment of about RM600 higher from conventional bank. These days, property like Pentas is a rare species due to reasonable price per sq.ft compared to other township developments. My impression is that AI will have potential to grow in the near future.

P/S: I've spoken to one of the InP sales personnel and he said that there are a couple of Pentas 2 buyers utilised MBSB as their financier. I guess I'm not the only one
