YEs this is the type of fence.
Well if Canting can do it....why is there still discussion on how to obtain it? Can't you guys just follow the blue print how they do it? Bingo!! Good Luck!! |

I finally got chance yesterday to see AI Pentas - my unit and any other Pentas. It's sooooooo spacious!!!!!!!! Yeay!!

I believe, the gated and guarded issue has been repeatedly voiced up in this forum from version 1 & version 2.
I wish to make a fact to be known for all here:- 1. To be LEGALLY gated and guarded, you are required to construct the development as STRATA development. 2. Legally, the development are NOT ALLOW to put up gated before VP / CCC 3. Legally, even you have 80% or even 100% owner signed off to agree to put gate BEFORE VP, the developer STILL NOT able to construct before VP. As, it is against the approval of building plan and against the By-law 4. Since fencing is something not possible before vp, I suggest we lobby inp to build at least a proper giard house. Still I cannot understand why naza ttdi can do that, bear in mind they have same individual title like inp.
As some one mentioned earlier inp has budget to build one, we shud focus on guard house first. Othewise it using contena as guard house is soooo damn ugly |
