Pentas 4 selling slowly, so far only 13 units sold/booked. Nx launch planned end of the month 22x80 near shops/shell, price ard 720k.

anyone got info on a school that is coming up at the TTDI side. heard its an international school, but no info yet.

There must be a lot of thought put in by the developers before planning buying the land and development. Both INP and TTDI definitely have done their homework well. In comparison to INP, TTDi's development is more like a boutique township development due to its size and offerings over INP.
