Apparently I noticed a lot of non bumi are buying subsales from bumi and numbers are increasing. This was confirmed by some agent, those that sell canting. With 7% discount, bumi can make decent profit since those are not bumi lot.

I never worry on I&P sales, I hv been following their launching since 2000 (BK5B Bdr Kinrara), almost 22-23 residential projects, sometime cheap, sometime expensive, except for 2 or 3 luxury Semi-Detached / bungalow phases which need to give discount (due to outdated facade and no G+G), the rest of the link houses were fully sold prior to the completion of the construction. The recent Qaseh was sold bout 64% after 1 year launched, fully sold before VP, interested buyer who come late can always check the stages of the construction at the site, I can guarantee that mostly will buy after examine their quality.

I believe Pentas sales move on so fast also due to late comers are able to enter the site to see the finished product, I met a Taiwanese lady who stayed in Bkt Rimau said she wanted to visit the site before buying, I believe she has committed eventually.

I may suggest I&P use this slogan for their remaining launching, The best quote for I&P is - "不怕货比货， 只怕不识货！!"

Quality product stands up well for comparison!

Bro sometimes we have to bear with it coz we buy the product not the service. Though service sucks compare to naza but bcoz of location and better build quality I choose inp over naza.

after i've done extensive research..i think this housing quite value for money...build up psf is 250...almost extinct in alam impian. even chanting sub sale is about the same price ?

Currently there is only 1 lady and 1 guy. At the back got 1 maintenance guy. Other maintenance guys are on call basis. However, during launching days, u can see the full team. Temasya and AD team = knowledgeable and can relate to customer. AI team = dunno this and that. Check by urself.

Will u tell yourselves: dont worry, we need to bear with it, service is not important, we only buy the product (food in this instance), not the service????

come on.....You are not spending RM50 in the restaurant, You are spending RM900k with INP.

Chris, i choose 27. i did my booking on friday morning because the SA told me over the phone that one of the non-bumi quota loan was not approved. also 14 is cheaper than 27 by 20k but i didnt choose it because of certain reasons....as mentioned in this thread, the SA is not that proactive. i have no ideal if i am considered on booking list already..

I&P reminds me the Penang very famous "Cha Koay Teow" sisters, the food is very delicious, however she will always ask "can wait or not? 1 hour can?" Face very LCLY

Last visit when i was there in the I&P showroom, 30 mins nobody serve me, one of the sales staffs brought her daughter to work, and busy making Milo drinks for her daughter using company resources.

Another staff checking on computer and browsing facebook. The security guard is the one who pointed to me which board is showing Pentas 3 and Pentas 2....

Memang ada gaya.
