The sales is very encouraging!!! So so few units left, people fed up ith IJM and come and bought the units from INP?

Only thing I worry is whether INP will build PRIMA housing in AI. They did that in Alam Damai.
Though this is not in AI masterplan, do u think they can do it?

Honestly i am not sure myself. But whole alam damai doesnt belong to I&P. Some plots belong to IJM and others I believe.

Hope this will push the INP to launch its commercial, and make AI more vibrant.
Naza TTDI only own and develope < 10% of total land in AI, so really needs INP to be more aggresive/

Is like chicken and egg.
Commercial needs population to support,
Residential needs commercial.

can built concurrently, AI is already a > 5 years township counting from its 1st launch.

Example Setia Alam, Tesco SA was built in 2006 and opened in 2008. In fact SA already built 3 mediums of school + Int school at very early stage.

Bandar Botanic started almost the same time with when Jusco Bkt Tinggi under con.
Jusco Rawang already started its construction in 2008, and now it get the crowds of ppl to invest in the new township of Anggun/Emerald. And the list goes on.....

We shall stop giving excuses to INP.

NAza TTDI will launch its shoplots this year. Open for registration now.

Jusco is aready in the Glomac's plan from early stage, and they dont sit with the plan but execute it, and make it real.
It depends whether INP want to become a market leader or follower or looser.
Winner find ways, looser find excuses.

I&P lack of one thing only - Ability to just "COPY & PASTE"
