i got

CREDIT CARD SERVICE TAX RM25 on 5 August
STY1-Cashback RM25 on 19 September

i read here this two mean the same thing?

just happened to know that annual fees waiver reversal is not considered as payment in hlb after >10 years with them

freaking irritated...

how the system design got anything to do with your >10 years with them? doh.gif

you should treat all system-related charges as "non payment". most banks wont recognize it.

For SST rebate, how long it will credit back to us? I was offer spend 3x within 30 days in sept, but until now I still didn’t get the rebate.. anyone has similar experience?

i was offered on 9th aug and fulfill the requirements on the same day. so on 9th november, i chat with the CS online and they say kindly wait till end of the working day for the SST to be credited back to my card. - cun cun 3 months time that day

then i forgot for about 1 week ++ and i chat with CS again, then they say will reflect in my acc by end of the day, check tomorrow, rm25 sst credited back.

guess have to follow up once the waiting period of '3 months' has lapsed.

Wah, mean need to follow up only will get.. my one is spend 3x within 30 days, then wait 60 days after the fulfillment.. like this really need to wait 90 days too based on ur experience.. mean by next month only will get

Hi all. I just found out that if you link Mach card for Quick Payment in Touch n GO app - not entitled for Online cashback. It is under the category of Parking.
