Just applied last Friday noon at Pavilion. Received the card in less than 1hr. Really impressed with the efficiency

I bring complete documents, but the sales advisor say no need and just use my IC to print the epf statement and that's it for the application.

The last time I inquired, so far only Pavilion & Mid Valley has the instant embossing machine (i.e. can get on the same day). Other branches they can only inform you the approval status within a day but the card will be sent to your mailing address within a week.

If you intent to get within the same day, suggest you give a call first to the branch that you intent to go first (can get their number at mach website), to confirm that the branch can do so before you make your trip there.

This is not true actually, at least I know cybpsych got his on the spot and he is already an existing HLB customer.

When I got my MACH that time, I wasn't a HLB customer yet but in another word, it means I tend to be a high exposure customer in HLB's eyes. So, they took another day to assess me.

i didnt bring anything. went there, applied on the spot. using epf machine there. everything done by staff. approval was verified in 5 mins (called to hq). then required 30mins to emboss the cards, etc.

mach no more issue card on the spot?

the announcement already stated the info, when closing, existing accounts move to where, etc.

imo, from brand perspective, i'd rather they kill off the Mach brand/products in one-shot, and offer migration option to existing HLB products. this is more tedious than closing branches.

Me too. Still have some  unsettled FPPs n last week I called CS and was told that my MACH account will still be at HL connect until everything is settled. Now it is taken off.

I live chat with HLB CS, they said they not going to send monthly statement also... I asked how am i going to know how much is my amount due next month if no statement, she said i need to call them to check the amount due and if i forgot, collection team will call me if no payment receive. 

Luckily it is final month for me, so after today's payment, that's the end of my journey with HLB (for now). I can't believe for a modern bank (by looking at their app), they decided to take this move.
