Ya if you compare Kuromon and Nishiki, definitely Nishiki has more things to see, and we went to Kuromon after Nishiki so don't mind Kuromon that great tongue.gif

Kuromon is directly in front of the Nipponbashi station, just beside Kuromon entrance there is a pet shop.

one of the days we went Kuromon during evening like 6PM, all the shops close already, no point going.

Shinsekai is kinda like smaller Dotonbori, very colorful and lots of skewers stall.

Btw shinsekai is near to the Tennoji zoo and the TV tower too.

Thanks. Yes, submit on my own. To save time, I went there and take number at lunch time so that when open back at 2 pm, I was among the first to submit the application.

shinsekai can go thru dobutsumae station.

Dobutsumae literally means "in front of the zoo"... it's a short distance away from the actual zoo.

Right in front of station u have to cross the road, across the road on the left hand side just before u walk into the "tunnel" to shinsekai there is a stall selling Oden, so yummy!! (buy 4 free 1 tat time i went) tongue.gif

From dobutsumae station, just make sure you do not take the wrong exit. There are a lot of exit and those exit have number such as exit no.1 or exit no.2

Take the exit that is closest to shinsekai, and google map has those exit number you can check it out.

I wouldn't worry too much about it actually.
In train stations there are maps showing the exits, nearby
buildings near the exit and possible nearby attractions nearest to the exits.

yup i know. But just to be safe and it save more time to be prepare instead of on the spot check which way to go.

My hostel was near dobutsuenmae station, but of course i do not know which exit to take and the map in the train station doesn't cover small hostel like mine. Luckily the google map i printed out did stated the exit number course i didn't expect that until i look carefully at the map i printed out and there were small exit numbers lol.

For those who have been to Japan recently, you can now apply for 3 year multiple entry visa. Just need to fill up a form with your reason.
