If confirmed no visa required to enter japan means I can travel from busan to osaka without visa right? As I'm going to busan-osaka-seoul-busan. 5days should be sufficient to cover osaka Kyoto right? Sorry as I'm still reading through this thread now..

Why don't you just call the Japanese Embassy KL and settle this?

called japan embassy yesterday and it advised me to do it cos i'm travelling mid july. but it suggested me to do it last 1-2 weeks maybe by then no need visa. the embassy still waiting the formal official letter from tokyo.

Any suggestion to go to my hotel in Shinjuku washington hotel in cheaper way as taxi is very expensive in japan? i'll arrive haneda airport (air asia flight) at 11pm and after collecting luggages and clearing custom i probably won't be able to catch the train and even the last 12.00am mid night limousin bus to shinjuku.
