camping at the airport would be a good new experience, i believe. any trip would be eventually be tiring, i guess, but we'll have fun.

by the way, anyone did a hike to Mt Fuji during winter sesaon before? i'm checking out the bike tour around Tokyo, too. about 20-25KM bicycle ride, i hope it's not gonna be too painful on the butt, haha.

No problem..our Adapter are made to withstand 220v...so Japan 100V are totally no problem for our Adapter.

But if you buy Japan electronic product then used in Malaysia then got big problem. SUch as laptop or Phone.

The adapter are made to withstand 100V ...Malaysia 220V will instant blow that Japan Adapter

hi guys, i need some advise on how to make a day trip to nikko, it's my first time visiting japan. I have 1 free day and i wanna go to nikko in the morning from asakusa then make it back on the same day.

so from my research I should get the World Heritage Pass which include the round trip train fare from Asakusa to Nikko via Tobu Line.
Where can I get the World Heritage Pass?
Is this the recommended way? How long will the journey take?

Once in Nikko can i use public transport to Toshogu Shrine, Futarasan Shrine and Rinnoji Temple or do I have to walk there?

i oso blur on this NIKKO whether can be done by foot or the bus. the website stated first are allow to use the servis train, but from the route, we only allow to use once from asakusa to shimoimachi once..but the map look like the shimoimachi is the last station and another station NIKKO..not sure whether it covers up to NIKKO or not..

is it advisable to mail my visa application by myself or ask my hometown travel agent do it for me (around RM100)? does apply thru them 'easier' to get the visa? or they actually juz act as middleman to help us mail the forms? thanks..

oh yea,is it weird to send in 5 application forms with the exact itinerary, hotel those since we travel tgt? ok rite? Sarawakian here. smile.gif

Hi guys, here's my first draft schedule of Tokyo trip from 12/11 to 16/11. I plan to stay at Sunlite Shinjuku Hotel around Shinjuku Area for 2 for 4 nights, total RM1,000.

-Monday-
Reach Haneda at 11.00 p.m, take Airport Limousine Bus to Shinjuku West Exit, walk to Sunlite Shinjuku Hotel (about 700m east of Shinjuku Station, check in (hope can reach hotel by 1.30 a.m sweat.gif ).

-Tuesday-
Buy Suica Card at Shinjuku Station, ride train to Asakusa Station, buy World Heritage Pass @ 3,600 yen, visit Nikko (can see autumn season?) until evening, back to Shinjuku.

-Wednesday-
Ride train from Shinjuku to Disneyland, buy daily pass @ 6,200 yen, visit Disneyland until night, back to Shinjuku.

-Thursday-
Buy Odakyu Free Pass @ 5,000 yen, ride train to Hakone, visit Hakone until evening, back to Shinjuku.

-Friday-
Ride train to Akihabara, back to Shinjuku (check out hotel), ride train to Harajuku (Oriental Baazar for souvenirs), ride train to Shibuya, ride train to Haneda Airport, return Suica Card, leave Japan at 11 p.m.
(Note: Akihabara, Harajuku and Shibuya estimated 3 hours each - touch and go sightseeing style)

Please advice/ comment on the feasibility of this schedule. And this is a budget trip tongue.gif .

Thank you.

Nikko is the last stn. If you already bought the free pass, just wait for the bus to take you to the world heritage site.. which is ~ 3km from Nikko town. Your free pass covered the unlimited bus rides within that area

guys..need advice that im taking the yellow train from narita to Ueno via the sky access (Yellow) line coz it's cheaper compare to skyliner.

from the website it stated the it can direct to UENO but looks like until Aato, it will divide to 2 part..to ueno and airport..

my question is do i need to stop at Aoto n change train?
