If you're not talking about household income but an individual, I think between RM4000 - RM7000.

For me I think is rm4000 - rm6000

Regarding the paint, if they gonna go with white, i rather they go with white all the way and maybe mix a very light grey tone. The trees will really stands out.

Wow....so early they started the exterior painting...I believe this is done to protect the surfaces on the outside from the harsh elements of the Malaysia weather...so I guess to paint as soon as practical is to preserve the quality of the end product. Well done! SDB.

Basket ball court original is on top of the STP.

I was told, if the basketball court is approved, it will be built on top of the STP.....if not approved, probably a green lawn will be laid on top of it. Tennis court...???

Sidetrack a bit...the Pantai2 STP has all sort of courts...including community centre will be built on top of it, of course this STP is huge...

Someone told me that one of the security features of WOTP is the using of lift card to dedicated floor....does that mean button free lift?

Yes it is like most of the new condos nowadays..but most are not 'button press' free, you still have to select your floor but not others after scanning.

If button press free, it's convenient..minus 1 step

guys, a 6.5acres commercial land next to WOTP and Lumiere is asking for RM250psft. Huat lah!
