Ya..let us hope SDB will put some serious thought on this since WOTP is suppose to be a green development.
A friend, who is a committee of a JMB of a condo that had decided to changed all lighting in the common area into LED, told me that they have managed to save substantial amount in term of energy billing...and some of the savings are use for organising activities for the benefit of residents.

Yeah. Manyak similarities.
1. 3 storey heights porte cochere macam Wotp "windows"

2. The square square holes brick facade macam Wotp yard and car park facade.

3. Grill Railing also use in Wotp.

4. Mix of expose red brick. Wotp also ada.

Sibeh hope the dinning club house facade also macam lone pine 1. Classy classy vintage look.

What I like Wotp minimize the road use for car. Maximize the land use for jalan kaki.

wotp progress report:

phase 1
block A- reached 18th floor liao. soon reach 19th floor. (15 floors to go)
block C- reached 10th floor. (5 floors to go) can countdown liao.

phase 2
block B- sorry a little far..cant very see. should be 5-7 floor gua.

Thanks Hello kor for the update...this is better than I thought...already pass the halfway mark...is like Usain Bolt speed, WOTP is going to be a strong finisher.

At this speed, I don't think there is any problem for SDB to deliver all the 3 blocks A,B,C together...Block B only 17 storey...not very high.

Sidetrack a bit, have you seen the speed of Usain Bolt? If interested, watch video...

block A susah sikit.. maybe around next year dec onward...

overall progress block A is much faster than block C.

I guess is acceptable if need to slow down a bit to do a good job and deliver a quality product at the finish line, and what we don't want is a job done haphazardly just to finish in time....for example like this runner...

I think the Block A and C should no problem meeting the deadline. Probably is more on the landscape and common area.
As they already mentioned A and C will be ready year end 2015. B mid 2016.

Looking at the speed now, by year end of this year the entire building structure should be ready minus the interior part..

I think they just want to build in a margin of safety by stating a six mths gap between block A, C and block B....but I have a gut feeling that all will be delivered at the same time. If SDB can deliver earlier than the stated timeline for block B, then they will gain a lot of respect from block B owners.

After September left 3 months only for 2014.... Block A still have 14 floors to go if they can reach 19th floor end of this month.... Reach to the top by year end need build 14 floors within 3 months... Posible boh?
