no. but got kid swimming pool + water sprinkle park.

block A low floor balcony window frame sudah installed. dark color frame nice!

Aiyoh...better don't look down on Balakong...in spite of what people think of Balakong, Hap Seng must had seen something good about the area, otherwise they would not built their latest Autohaus in Balakong. This RM60 million, 140k sqft facility is not only the largest Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Malaysia, but is also one of the largest in South East Asia. SDB must had seen something good about this area too, otherwise they would not take the risk to develop WOTP here, the largest high rise to date for them.

Just an example, look at Section 13 PJ, was initially a polluted industrial enclave, but has now undergone a transition towards a thriving mixed-development enclave.

There's only 1 swimming pool at the center. SDB swimming pool usually use premium tiles..I dont know what are those called..

Thats right, BRDB wouldnt have comes in.. but Balakong couldnt attract big developers as no big land for them to build township, only niche quality developers..

i hope for the block C, SBD will do nicely on the floor corridor..because form the layout design, it looks like very similar to other common condo design which along the corridor floor, can view on the units yard and toilet window...it looks low class to me...hopefully SDB can do some full brick wall along the corridor, with some very nice down lighting, so when walk along the corridor, wont have chance to look at the units yard area and toilet window...

35% draw down means they have completed the concrete framework and the floor slab...other stages of progress will come soon....highly likely will meet target completion...just look at some of the pics Hello kor posted...very impressive!

The authorities should try to rename Balakong to some other more neutral name or more pleasant to the ears.

Personal preference.

Personally, I love this name...Balakong...sound cool and vintage...please no "Sri" in front...too many already ...all over the country you have Sri this and Sri that....
When foreign friends come and ask where WOTP is located...ahhh is in Baa..laa..kong, they will probably impress of the name and say sound high class....haha

Very very good...everybody agreed...we stick to BALAKONG

yup...the big flaw for block C layout.... is all units door entrance facing each other.
inside unit layout wise for non linear 916sf consider not bad and quite practical.

corridor airway area hope sdb can come out some great solution to beautified it.

block C materials wise shouldn't be problem coz all materials sama macam with block A & B

so far block C.... from outside looks quite good. level 1 side entrance looks tall..
hopefully block C main lobby also come with tall ceiling feature also.

yea...most important it's the main lobby need to make it as grand as possible

and corridor air way...better use the brick wall to cover along the corridor, then put some nice downlight and maybe some painting on the wall..then sibeh sui.......but the cons will be the corridor light need to switch on 24 hours since no sun light will shine in from the air way...
