Ic, actually quite alots of empty land over there. There's a big land infront of WOTP Sales gallery entrance, has a signboard stated "private land"?

All land owners waiting earlier batch developer to prepare and built road, detention pond, treatment plant, water resevoir and PPU substation. All these could cost millions.

yes. if u read carefully it belong to UDA land....

sibeh hope they sell it off to some better developer.
heard rumors... uda will join hand with hap seng to develop the private land.

further down the land will be use for future school. but dunno what school.

Looking at the map you've provided..Looks like it's opposite of Natur instead of next to WOTP.

WOTP opposite are the hill area which are residential zone.

Yeah it's good to know they'll be more commercial coming in. It's nearer to Lumiere site...good for everyone in the area actually.

That land belongs to a company called Litasa (or something like that).

It has submitted plans to built high end apartments. Location next to the river.

Correct it is not next to WOTP but nearby lah. Next to Natur apts.

Maybe if MRT 2 nearby can sell $250 psf.

Hap Seng has a piece of land about 9 acres on the opposite side of its showroom, nearby to Amerin.

This article from Star states the 9 acres of Hap Seng land is for mix development. I think this piece of land is quite near to WOTP.

Whats that 35% for? I mean which phase are that for.. I guess progress going pretty well, I assume once block C is ready they will focus on Block A.

wow. block C first floor premium unit with garden punya ceiling height looks sibeh tall.
hope sdb install a tall black frame glass door outside make it looks grander.

the stairs beside block C very well design looks not steep at all. very safe and friendly for kid and senior to use.
sdb very good in small little detail.
