This one is niche...similar product as JS around this area..within 20km radius is rare..
talk only about the density...$4mil landscaping cost..2 tier pools, sand beach, function hall...
target market definitely not those looking for vibrant life..

Good place to live in peace for sure and am thinking of another unit for investment anyone can update the sales if there is still small units left ?

My friend heard that the price got increase when he attend the show gallery during festival mid autumn 22/9/2012

Oh,

I did not attend the festival mid autumn in Jadehill as my house is veyr far from Kajang.

I received both Ambang botanic & Jadehil mid autumn invitation by post. I attended the Ambang Botanic one ( Klang section last saturday).

I noticed that this developer spend so much money just on this mid autumn. Don't know good or bad ( eg in Ambang Botanic last saturday they got singer, games, free mooncake to bring home, ete etc).

As they spend so much on the mid autumn. Maybe they have to bill some of this "expenses " . Therefore need to increase the price?. Kekeke...

How much $$ increase ah?
