Anyone receive and any idea what is the price psf?

Any early discount?. Free dibs ?.free sap ? Freehold? Low or high density/ how many unit per floor? Other facilities  details like gym/ sauna and etc.

like this potiong stim la...imagine ask friends come ur house at jade hill for house warming party, drive half way suddenly heavy rain then flood come out..friends laugh at u leh...

so luxury development but flood on the access road...no face la...

sit back and enjoy the progress of upgrading the drainage work.. must be you guys complaint letter make them scared...... jade hill there no any dato dato level orang ke? ask them write a letter better than us small peanut write hundreds of letter/call.
