The design and layout is nice and practical material is good too, they still have some 900+ units but lower floor.

High floor can view jade hill entirely. Low floor
See pak guard and the cow grass at the round about.
Odd floor and above 10th is perfect. Top floor might risk leaking.
Duplex view terrible.

I don't see anything wrong with letting go units if anyone not comfortable owning it. And it is up them what to do with it. Perhaps it is none of your business on what ever the agenda they may have. kajang condo now (actually its service apartment, on commercial land) hitting 500k liao... psft wise majority > 400psft, biggie 39X psft..

what do we learn here? any condo near or within KL/PJ selling around or below 400psft, whack..

Agree current block is less ideal compare to the next 2 which i think will ask for higher price too. Block B is good too but smaller units is in block A. I like the very low density and less units on each floor Block A 6/4 units Block B 4 unit only cant find this kind these days

Wondering how many units for the next 2 blocks? Will it be same low density as block A (6/4 units per floor ) & B( 4 units per floor ) per block?

Is next saturday also have makan-makan again?

Total 366 unit if not wrong and only condo under jadehill

Block A = 78
Block B = 64

So 2 more blocks =224

So each block is 112 units?

Can we conclude next 2 block is higher in term of density compare to block A& B? ( maybe size is smaller compare with those of block B)

think u got it right so far block B has only 4 units each floor.

booked 1 unit at Block A high level. this morning loan had approved ^^
