Thanks all for your kind suggestion. Been to WOTP, left only big units (out of reach...) while the others not really to my liking despite cheaper in price psf. End of day, decision made, just pray hard everything goes well....The best I like about JS is the low density development especially Block B i.e 2 lifts serving 64 units (if not mistaken), average 32units/lift which is rare by today high rise residential development...
