target market definitely not those looking for vibrant life..

from the (lawyer) letter of offer to purchase to developer... it seems mentioned that offer "option" period is 3 mths and "extended" period is 3 months after "option" period.

so total after 6mths if no execution from developer, deposit of 10k should be refunded with interest.

Anyone got any update on this?

I am impressed with this international school giving full flex facilities..

cant wait to see the school design

but I am more impressed with the school fees

nevertheless nice school to have in Jade Hills..

I think this is the first kind of property development that in corporate International school as part of the development in Cheras and Kajang..

Not to mentioned the next will be the commercial..
