Kajang sentral cannot compare with jade hill ( i mean serv aprt )

JH
pro:
* high end location ( if u rent should be higher than other part of kajang)
* quality proven
* by gamuda ( 99.9% will realize )

cons:
* high price/high maintenance
* no commercial surrounding
* empty unit

Sentral kajang
pro :
* good location ( near MRT )
* partly furnish
* friendlier price relatively

Con :
* commercial at surrrounding not so prime .
* developer not so proven

BTW , I think both projects r doable for after 3 years from now .
Up to individual ...... nowa days crime rate are high ..service aprt might be better choice .

is bocz adjacent to jade hill and sandwiched btwn the Lxx brothers semi D/banglow ....... cant be low price . besides gamuda really know how to make land scape to make the place looks prime ...... indeed prime area .

i saw saujana impian project as well ..... just no match with jadehill environment .

Thats not true . I went to survey the whole area yesterday .... . Factory at the side which not affected and you cant be bother . you need to turn to junction to reach factories . I dont see any problem . Road junction at Muda paper mill is a bit curvy and need to be carefull ( that the cons ) . Other than that go all the way straight ...... no problem .

Most important no solar plant ......

Saw some commercial lot by jade hill under con. Hmmmm looks potential for expatriate due to location and international school . But dont like the duplex ...... too small . Yes small units almost all sapu ..... sigh ! need to look for other location maybe cheras !

All huge unit > 500 K .
yes 2 car covered car park
free 2 years maintenance
1 to 2 to 3 heaters depends on unit.
Some hidden cost ...... disbursement fee they charge 1 lum sum of 3000 K ? I think this is too much .
SNP , loan agreement by gamuda ( but it does not make sense when you still have to cover 3000 k yrself for disbursement )
So i say nothing is free only marketing mimic .

Anyway those who plan to go with project should have some idea . Only my view .

Odd floor and above 10th is perfect. Top floor might risk leaking.

No SNP being sign i trust and if they or their so call friend indeed need to change their mind why not just inform the developer and solve it out .

MPKJ improved a lot compare since 2008 ! must give them credit .

Complaint must be in a professional way and they will get it solved eventually .

No point to act like samseng and threaten style . it will only get backfired .

Don't because you own a house in jadehill you act like a samseng . They are more samseng out there if you behave like one .

Be patient ...... small issues .

a bit confusion from me .
Gamuda bid to acquire the control of Kesas highway operators . Gamuda has plenty of cash ! very strong to dates .
nothing to do with property here .....
indirectly getting Gamuda properties will not fail you ...... is matter whether u can afford or not .

Black smoke definately not water steam. White smoke might be or might not be water steam. The nature of the factory process tell all. Indeed if those smoke is hazardous the DOE will shut it down. Any suspicious operation can be filed to DOE or relevant authorities.

Personally I cant comment whether the authorities reported the truth but again I repeat myself ....the nature of the factory tell all. Nowadays it is very tough for authorities to cover up with whatever reasons. Any complaints will be investigated throughly.
They can't be lu tolong gua I tolong u.
Btw what is the factory name which emit the smoke?
