Kajang sentral cannot compare with jade hill ( i mean serv aprt )

* high end location ( if u rent should be higher than other part of kajang)
* quality proven
* by gamuda ( 99.9% will realize )
cons:
* high price/high maintenance
* no commercial surrounding
* empty unit
Sentral kajang
pro :
* good location ( near MRT )
* partly furnish
* friendlier price relatively
Con :
* commercial at surrrounding not so prime .
* developer not so proven
BTW , I think both projects r doable for after 3 years from now .
Up to individual ...... nowa days crime rate are high ..service aprt might be better choice .
My opinion only
