I have rent out my unit 2 beds

im interestedin this project, went to show house last week
for block C is 5%+2% + rebates and for block D is 5% only is this the standard offer now or got better offer?  anyway i have one concern regarding the title. the sales told me it's residential title and after get home i have a look @ the brochure and i find it is a service apartment which is commercial title. |

Hi bosses, wonder has anyone fixed their curtains/blind for Block A duplex units?
Wondering how much it cost to fix that, thinking of possible solution for my duplex unit. Prior thanks to any input! |

I heard most of Eaton's teacher prefer Gita Bayu than Jadite..luckly I have rented out my unit to one of the teacher there..

Already November, still no news from developer:( When I visited last year, the staff said Block C expected to deliver by mid December 2016.
