if talk about rental, who to rent to at such area? capital appreciation, i guess not as good as compare to places like KL / Selangor?

whats the target market? is relatively near kajang town and ioi city...

Many factory around there. We can rent to them. The salesman tell me that the new development shoplot going to have bank and big supermarket.

I am not sure about these..if u browse on the net,still a lot of vacant unit hunting for a tenant...i hope when MRT second phase operate,there will be a feeder bus enter this area...

anyone doing defect checking already? I am doing defect checking now and notice a few defects which might affecting ur units as well..

*Tiles not polish thoroughly. Not sure if only my unit or not but notice unit next door of me is changing tiles jor.
*Balcony grills started to rust here n there.
*Doors turn yellowish jor.

Might paint the door to other color. Find the whole house too plain white.

Yeah, might want to consider to do the same as well. Just did a QC visit again today and notice the door starting to turn yellowish again and now with finger prints all over! WTF, they just repainted all the damn doors weeks ago and so fast turn yellowish again. Pakai cat MIC ka?

JMB of Jadite Suites stated that the planned AGM has been postponed to later date due to Low Occupancy Rate...it seems like nobody want to stay here...
