That is because we make comments/comparison based on the available few memorial parks that we have in our country? and we conclude that this is how the memorial park should look?

In fact, memorial parks throughout the world are one of the most visited places simply because of its beautiful Architecture.

Undeniably, the architect has created a very peaceful and quiet environment but that does not equate the whole concept/design to memorial structures.

Coincidentally, Jadehills theme is calm and peaceful but its usage and concept is totally different.

I do have the same perception in the beginning. However, as I visited the place many more times i realized i was trapped within the "box" and it was then i started to appreciate the wonderfulness of its architectural design.

People has yet to discover the beauty of jadehills and gamuda does not seems to be rushing/pushing for sales.

If 2 storey could sell for 1.38m, then 2.5 storey 1.6m is not unreasonable.

Bandar mahkota cheras latest launching is 40x65ft linked house with a built-up 3xxx sqft and the price is about 1.6m?

There are many more development coming up in cheras south with this sort of pricing but less facilities.

End 2014 or beginning of 2015 could be a good time when the whole Kajang area got upgraded with new malls, business centers, up market housings and etc.

But then there is also prediction that property price will be softened in year 2014.

I have observed that many developers benchmark the high rise property price against the nearby landed property psf price especially when it is built surrounding residential township.

All the while Jadehills concept has been different from others, their sales strategy too! Hahaha.......

Jade Suite full potential will only be realized when the surrounding business center is developed and the jadehills gets busier as many more people moving in.

It has been my interest to purchase good properties and sell it at a profit or keep it if I change my mind.

This is what happened to my previous property as well. I still think that Bandar Puteri Puchong is a nice place.

I'm however not the goreng type.

Jadehills area is generally higher than its surrounding area including country height, taman puncak utama & etc.

As the developers turn the previously green area into residential areas, the surface runoff increases and the flow increases and it has to be channel to the langat river which is ~15m+ below the lowest level in Jadehills. Unless, langat river is overflowed and water level increases by 15m+, technically flooded is not in the picture. Moreover we are just next to the Banjaran Titiwangsa and no where near to the sea.

What will happen is a flash flood which is much more easier to manage than the night mare flood in Bangkok. We just need to build retention ponds like what is done in Jadehills to retain the water during the huge pour. If the capacity is not enough, the size could be increased.

Totally agree with you.

Many smaller developers have done a better job(especially on the brochure) in this area than this project.

I'm referring to jadehills project as a whole and not only the jadite suite.

The marketing in my opinion is not up to the mark when comparing with other top developers.

No doubt, there is already improvement especially this year.
