tak ada mall in Jade Hills.
But JH has plenty of land for commercial...think 60/40 (commercial/residential)....

if Gamuda plans properly, it should be good for JH residential.

I think this Jadite is sit on JH commercial land....if not mistaken.

this is the problem with gamuda.
their brochures, scale models all monotone one...white color only...but actual products come with colors here and there......very difficult to visualise the end products when buying from Gamuda/Jade Hills...

dun know why the marketing dept is like that.....maybe they try to source for cheaper paint colors at later date...........

jade hills no more new terraces.....
limited SMds
all left is big big bungalows nia.....

compared to eco hills and eco majestic....all made of tiny little houses...si beh high densed for landed....

after graduated, found job at si beh far place, no transport and cannot afford a car, how?

after found a girl...no money to get marry, how?

after marriage...no money to buy own space to start family, now?

after given birth to your grandchild, but no one looks after him/her as both parents nak cari makan, how?

got market de....especially these dna...secured landed is beyond the reach of most young home owners even in si beh far places.....therefore buying condo is the only solution......given that most younger generation wouldn't be comfortable staying in pangsapuri or flats these days....

Any land outside jh resi proper guardhouse is all commercial, incl the club house.

Jh is 60% commercial and 40% resi. Only within the guardhouse to resi area is proper resi title.

Maybe you misheard what SA said. It could be commercial title but resi status under hda.
