im interestedin this project, went to show house last week
for block C is 5%+2% + rebates and for block D is 5% only

is this the standard offer now or got better offer?

anyway i have one concern regarding the title. the sales told me it's residential title and after get home i have a look @ the brochure and i find it is a service apartment which is commercial title.
