Have never actually done a battery calibration. Read some discussion that the battery capacity dropped after calibration. Could be reporting the actual capacity after calibration, though but I just won't take the risk. Also, every battery cycle is vital.

Try to use your rMBP with the supplied extension power cord. The plug that is connected directly to your power block adapter is not grounded.
