in reality...swerve to left or right might cause more serious than hit dead on
swerve left maybe is wall or steel bar at the side of the road
swerve right is incoming traffic..even worse

oh, I just admire your negativity. if swerving left and right is so damn dangerous according to your definition, then you should avoid car all together.

If I was in that particular scenario, I'll crash to a wall or steel bar anytime.

[ONLY IN MALAYSIA]-When emergency, people will think about the car more than their lives.

Obviously, its a direct translation from foreign language lar laugh.gif if you translate it to Chinish instead of Engrish it will be easier to understand laugh.gif I actually having fun reading that article when I was looking for more information regarding ABS, and this very interesting"ed" article turned up, so I post it flex.gif

Anyway, ABS is meant for maneuverability during emergency braking event. Conventional hydraulic assists brakes will jam. I've drove many ABS"ed" cars, but seriously I don't really feel much difference with my other conventional hydraulic assisted brakes blink.gif The only difference I can tell, ABSed vehicle you really need to slam 9 the pedal hard, otherwise it felt like the brake pump rosak. Provided, the brake pedal feedback is quite numb, for me is quite hard to prepare a correct braking point when taukeing with ABSed vehicle. blink.gif May be its just me lar. My opnion only, not trying to recommend anything.

Well, from what i can see from the blog which blogged about these different oil, i think petronas with the least fire and took very slow to burn all would be a bad choice to use in car.

In my opinion laa....
Our car is constantly burning petrol and if the burning is slow, the power will not be deliver out optimally.
so if lets say it burns slow, there sure will be more residue left and end up will make your engine kotor looo....
long terms will not be a good thing

I test drove the Prius C and Jazz Hybrid before. Man, if one of those display break post-warranty, I hate to imagine how much too fix them. especially if you bring it back to Toyota or Honda.

Why u not think on positive way? You drive in 3 lane road @ night, suddenly u blind and in front u will hit dead on, left and right is empty without car, so with ABS u can swerve to left or right rather hit dead on, you choose. icon_rolleyes.gif

Me using Petronas, nothing wrong with that. Campro low end torque memang lembik, unless i can get dyno result on each fuel use to test our Saga, else i will say different power of each petrol is just pure placebo.

I don't think I've ever braked hard enough to trigger ABS (on my mum's car) or locked the wheels on my Gaga. But still it's a feature I'd like to have, in case of emergencies.

The burning conditions are totally different. They tested the burning in open air, with the liquid in some kind of tray. I'm sure you know that in an engine the fuel is atomised when injected into the cylinder, then the air-fuel mixture is highly compressed (10:1 in Campro) before the spark plug ignites triggering combustion. Test the burn rate in those conditions and the results should be very different. Plus, that is the old Petronas Primax 95 fuel, not the current Xtra version.

btw, we are not cheated, because if you read thru that blog, they didn't mention how much they fill up each bottle, it's mean that each bottle randomly fill up, because they use it for burn rate, not to compare RM1 volume (which people complaining at FB lately) sweat.gif

before i choose Saga, i already put few item into my consideration,

3 car in my consideration (SAGA / MyVi / Viva)

1) rear boot volume (Saga is the best)
2) audio player (this is important and yet Saga still the best) icon_idea.gif
3) comfort and stability (Saga is rock)
4) interior volume (and again Saga won)
5) cost/pricing (Saga is the worth)
6) fuel consumption (Saga FLX CVT is the solution, and beated the MyVi FC)

Conclusion??? Everyone here should know... laugh.gif

they filled up the bottle randomly but when burning that time, they used the same amount that is the size of the bottle cap.

yes, they using bottle cap to burn same amount of petrol, that's why it call burn rate... (that was the actual reason of test they were doing)

and what i mention just now was the photo of bottle, everyone at Facebook mistaken that was filled up using same price (it was randomly fill up)
