i think this is deliberate from Microsoft / Elop.
They've got what they wanted. All the patents and tech from Nokia, i.e. Maps, Ovi store, GPS, Pureview. Now they'll just discard the shell i.e. Nokia and in the process destroy Nokia's reputation and any hope of Meego / Symbian getting back into the top tier Smartphone market. |

i just bought a somewhat perfect tripod for the 808.
here's my white 808 with black amzer case in it  if you feel its bulky, the head can be unscrewed...  ...and placed on a typical mini tripod.  i got more pics of it i took for fun showing diff positions...lazy to post |

RM40...even if it was RM100 it'll still rape the 808 official tripod so badly...
btw, the tripod feet all have rubber under them, as well as under the 2 long edges that hold the phone in place. few more pics... since the head can be detached, it also has another screw position which lets you do this...obviously center of gravity pushed forward abit more...  but also allows you to shoot in portrait orientation...  here it is folded up nicely...  and when folded also allows you to handhold it for video...tho i dont shoot video so i dont care  This post has been edited by Everdying: Sep 8 2012, 12:34 AM |

i'm pretty sure its either locally designed or they rebranded it...cos i cant find any info of it online...and the box it came in is just a plain white box with not a single word on it anywhere. |
