used SB600 around RM500.
its still a good flash and quality wise is still a step up from a di622.

nissin di622 mark ii or yongnuo 565ex is a better one?
i wanna get a sb700 bt tight budget now ..
*
If you don't mind, can check my thread and signature below. I'm selling Yongnuo YN-560II and YN-565EX ... brand new and several units in stock ready to be shipped. biggrin.gif
Thanks.

I'm using Nissin Di622MII myself and a yongnuo YN-560. The Nissin is not bad at all for a start and low cost budget, of course can't compete with SB speedlites lor. Nissin Di622MII works fine with Yonguo RF-602/603 triggers too.
*Though I'm selling the YN-560II and YN-565EX, I haven't tried them individually yet. Haha. Just selling as part time. But from the looks, features and reviews, I'm inclined to the 565EX myself. blush.gif

Hey guys, Imma be traveling to U.K [and probably going to Scotland, North Ireland, Leeds, etc] soon, I wanna know if these lenses are 'wise' to be brought along.

Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 [landscape, cityscape]
Nikon 24mm AFD f/2.8 [streets]
Nikon 50mm f/1.8 [multi purpose]

No zoom lens as I have no idea what a zoom lens will do during travel.

Edit : Or should I sub 24/50mm with a Tamron 17-50?

Given the choice, I would pick the 11-16 and 50 combo.

I've 'consulted' the TS of this thread. He said Tamron 17-50 non-VC instead of the 24mm and the 11-16.

116 is heavy eh? I haven't bought or held one before so I'm not sure yet... but going places like UK, definitely a lot of walking one.. laugh.gif I guess I'll stick to 1750 and 116 lah. and bring the 50mm I have now since it's small and light.

among DX lenses it is heavy la.. ~550g laugh.gif

plus it is very wide so u can expect to swap ur lens often wif ur 24mm or 50mm... (must have understanding travelmates tongue.gif)
