color correction gels are good to have and gives nice results if used properly. last time i started w/ SB800 then 900 gels. then got a few set from Nikonian academy, i think about 30+ per set w/ 2 sizes. then recently jst bought from ebay, lee filters 9 gels set (US$5.00+3.70 [shipping]).. i got 3 sets to get cheaper shipping. 2 set is color correction and 1 set for creative lighting which includes ND gels xD always wanted to try ND flash gels hopefully is useful.

Ooh cool. I shud get Lee brand is it? From what I read and saw on Youtube, they mostly recommend Lee.

Tim Jackson focus chart is ok, but issue is that when I calibrate another lens its quite a hassle to set it up... different MFD, different angle, and need adjust tripod height etc... not so straight forward >_<

I see price around 280 +/-... shashinki, yamiya. Where else can i ask for pricing ah?

Added on July 8, 2012, 10:19 pmThinking to DIY that focus chart by pasting it to a board then I put it at 45 degree... instead of my camera tilt 45 degree hehe...

i seen it in engtong before.
but of cos u cannot walk in cos so far, and if u call they probably will just quote SRP.
but considering shashinki selling RM288, outside should be cheaper.
