So if the timing belt slips and the engine dies, you will have no warranty since the foreman already informed you to come. maybe he noted this in the system also rclxub.gif

Since warranty covers both cases, the problem now is (can you take the chance of being towed and your journey ruined?) if the slipping occurs. my advice, if you have family travelling with you and someone already told you there is risk, you better find an alternative. (just my opinion and not advice).

nice match hehe,
BTW how did you know bout the leak, is there any oil on the ground beneath your car or is it only related to fuel efficiency or early morning clak clak clak sound whilst starting the engine?

If anyway we could check & top-up the cvt oil like engine oil, you could buy & bring the oil. Top-up the oil when low in quantity like we do with engine oil coz leakage normally not eat the oil too fast. But if cannot better find other alternative for safe & happy journey. nod.gif

Got my ride last thursday, all in good condition.

Just to check:
1. Klak Klak sound during morning start up. That is normal? Sounds like coming from gearbox
2. Oil drip from back side, left tyre. It's not much but visible. Is it from aircond or somewhere else?
3. tint recommendation.

Now just clocked about 200km so far no issue yet.

Thanks

the sound only during the first crank. in the afternoon this seldom or does not happen at all. what was the issue with the earlier batch?

the oil leak is actually with water. I know at the back we have blower as well, so it may be coming from that?

Yes, only in the cold first crank this happens, normally afternoon the part are already lubricated and the engine is warm.
Issues with earlier batch are many, you better browse through different threads and check.
blower does not produce water in the back?!

yes, it was pretty hard at first..did you twist the connector to left or right to unlock? it comes with the whole rubber connector connecting tothe bulb.

for the small bulb aslo the same.

You need to twist to to left or right?. I though it just a striaght snap in of the bulb's lead/pin into the connector.

I was able to remove the bulb together with rubber and connector from the headlamp assembly by releasing the spring that holding the bulb to the headlamp. But I cannot get the connector out from the bulb pin.

I can take out the small bulb easily by twisting to the right/left.
