OK I am officially addicted to swimming,
Started out learning to swim by a friend on 12 years ago,
Seriously started to get back to swimming last year,
This year I am committed to swim at least 3 times a week for weight loss purpose
Currently only able to do freestyle and breastroke.
Butterfly, I need to learn, because its hard and tiring..
Plus anyone is good with water threading? what is the tips?

For water treading, basically you have to always move your hand and leg to stay afloat. Move in what way? For leg maybe you can move it like breaststroke (the leg part), the hand move it in circular or wavy movement. As time goes on with increase in experience, you'll find yourself to move very little in order to stay afloat. It'll come naturally. That's when the muscle can be functional normally in its capacity in swimming aspect.

My car key was stolen yesterday and wallet + phone was stolen.

Advice put your belongings in the locker and lock it.

My mistake just put inside locker without lock ..

Usually I put at the benches opposite the entrance, so far so good, did you report to management ?

You can try rip curl outlets, they have it last time, not sure about not though.

Did your car got stolen in the process?

I'm sorry to hear this bad thing happen to you, strongly advise you to add or change the lock to your car. Will help you curse that kind of thief fell into hell fire.

already send my car to service centre and they terminate the primary key access, now temporary access by spare key while waiting new set of key to be program to my car..

ya .. really advice everyone put your belonging in the locker especially with valueable item.. (if just clothes and towel i think ok la .. )

Looks like better join the private swimming club, although it is expensive. But, it will much safety.

cause 3K subang jaya still need to access card (rm3 something will deduct from the amount reloaded to card) to enter the swimming pool area ..
so .. staff and member may enter .. so ......

Wow, i haven't been visiting 3K since a year ago when they reopened it then closed again... I thought they upgraded a lot of stuffs but now this... I guess they still have a lot to do.. Sorry to hear that... so ahhh, since you did not lock the locker, I bet the staffs probably just shunned it as it's your own responsibility for the theft?

Anyway, I now swim at panasonic pool, it's so much nicer compared to 3K, should check this out instead!

I normally go on Sunday in the evening... not sure how it turns out for other days and time though.

Problem with 3K is, there is limited number of locker available.
Quite a while didn't go there though, maybe nowadays increases the number of lockers.

Hey guys, want to ask you all regarding freestyle breathing.
Do you exhale constantly from the 1st inhalation till the next inhalation, or you do a very little exhalation, then just before the 2nd inhalation, you do an explosive exhalation, then followed by inhalation?

Currently I can breath, but, i have to say the rhyme does not feel smooth at all. I am trained to do 1-2-3( breath) so that can breath at both sides. But at a continuous swimming or long distance, I will often time find myself inhale insufficient air and forced to do 1-2(breath) for several strokes before back to 1-2-3(breath). This build up of CO2 makes me feel fatigue very fast whenever i do freestyle.

does anyone know when Bon Odori event is held, will they close the swimming pool at panasonic national stadium?

7PM is RM20. the morning sessions are free i assume
