Garmin HRM-SWIM: An ANT+ heart rate strap that records heart rate underwater, but has an additional special sticky back surface to keep it from sliding down your chest in pool scenarios.
Garmin HRM-TRI: An ANT+ heart rate strap with Garmin Running Dynamics that also records heart rate underwater and is designed for swim/bike/run triathlons.  It however lacks the special sticky part for pool use (but would otherwise work there)
from DCrainmaker site.

blush.gif anyone plan to get their hands on this new garmin HRM device flex.gif brows.gif

I'm about to be in Langkawi to study and am wondering if there are any public swimming pool or any hotel swimming pool that allow non guest to swim. Even better if there is a group of people who are keen with open water and would not mind a noob to swim with them. wink.gif

wow, theres an open sea there. icon_idea.gif why bother swimming in the pool..when ur on an island biggrin.gif

Anyone found any effective and lasting anti-fog methods for goggles ?

So far, spit i think is unhygienic, baby shampoo i think not good long term getting into the eyes.
