What happen to this project or developer???y keep delay the launching date n signing snp???a bit regret for purchase it...

I paid the RM3000 deposit and submitted the documents on 30th September 2013. The agent (I don't want to name him here, to be safe) told me that he will help submit my documents and get a banker to call me shortly. However, to date, I've not received any calls - let it be from the agent, developer or any banks.

i tried calling this agent many time, sent SMSs, and even sent Whatsapp message....but I never received any replies.

Am starting to wonder if I should go back to the developer office and ask for a refund.

Is that possible?

I think you should not wait further. You should call the office directly. I hope you have the receipt with you. It took me almost 2 weeks before the banks called me ( there was a public holiday ). There were 3 banks calling me. I believe the sales agent also give you the contact of the banker(s). Why don't you call one of the banker(s)?

Haiz....I decided to wait for it, since my bank loan also approved. I have went through property fair last weekend at Mid Valley, it seems impossible to found others 1k sf condo unit that is about 400-500k that fulfill my budget....others property all very expensive.........

I truly understand how you feel! D'Aman's offer is actually quite attractive to people like us with insufficient budget. We are now like "meat on the chopper board", waiting to get chop only.

Well you are totally right that the offer is attractive for people with insufficient budget. Only thing is that , its taking longer than promised . Delays after delays. If go and ask then they say we are in progress to ready the SNP . So don't want go also ready cause its almost like an automated reply
