I'm wonder now petrol price increased and still will going to increase again, and this will definitely make the development cost much higher than expected. Although D'Aman selling price are now increase 10-15%, but still many units are sold in old price (just less than 400k), how Masteron going to cover this? I guess they will just do shoddy work and use inferior material. Worried of the quality!!!

If I'm a developer... i would hav factor in the market dynamics..like petrol.. in fact.. the price we are paying now are the anticipated future price.

True also, I m not means 0% criminal rate, but at least I think if your residence hav pondok police possible better than nothing....

The condo model in masteron office got one bridge connect the visitor parking with residence parking, maybe in between the access have some kind of security door?

lol... i went to the site ystd, they even took away the piling machine... means no real work gonna happen soon la.. not even barricade yet the area...

i guess its just for show... but what for??! pay for the rental of piling machine just to show??!
i think they will just wait for all the workers to finish Calisa M only start on D'Aman? to save cost... just my speculation...

Did anyone got the call from the developer about the SNP signing and details to be document. Heard they start calling the customer ready. But isit true?

where you heard from? im one of the earliest buyer till now also no one call... but my initial SA also not there d la...

If want cancel the booking,can get back rm3k refund??
Haven apply loan....how to get refund ya? Someoen know?
Looking for others property,since this 1 delay so long d..
After build up done,i think left 80 years only.....

You can go back to Masteron office to cancel the booking, you should be able refund the 3k as what my SA told me before.

Actually have to see your own budget, if your budget high enough to allow you get better condo, then look for it rather to wait for this.
But for sure those others condo now in Puchong I dont think still able find any cheaper than this D Aman now. Even this have been delayed some time, but still have some ppl willing to wait because of its cheaper price...same to me
I had done some searching and researched for those new condo project surrounding Puchong, Puchong South, Putra Heights, Cyberjaya, Sunway and PJ. All of them is CRAZY EXPENSIVE!!
Except you go look at Shah Alam and Kajang / Semenyih might able found cheaper....but very far lor.....

Regarding the lease hold years, if I m not wrong, usually when the property finish construct, the developer will renew it back to 99 years......btw if it just left 80 years, I dont think it had much effect on your property price, some property in Puchong last time around 300k (should be more than 7 years) now the price almost double up....their lease hold years more lesser.

That is wat they told when I called the sales office. I was abit relieved when they said they already calling the buyers. But wondering whtr thy really did??

Just ask my SA, he say their admin is in the midst of preparing the snp documents and launching event....but dont know the date....
