You can go back to Masteron office to cancel the booking, you should be able refund the 3k as what my SA told me before.
Actually have to see your own budget, if your budget high enough to allow you get better condo, then look for it rather to wait for this.
But for sure those others condo now in Puchong I dont think still able find any cheaper than this D Aman now. Even this have been delayed some time, but still have some ppl willing to wait because of its cheaper price...same to me
I had done some searching and researched for those new condo project surrounding Puchong, Puchong South, Putra Heights, Cyberjaya, Sunway and PJ. All of them is CRAZY EXPENSIVE!!
Except you go look at Shah Alam and Kajang / Semenyih might able found cheaper....but very far lor.....
Regarding the lease hold years, if I m not wrong, usually when the property finish construct, the developer will renew it back to 99 years......btw if it just left 80 years, I dont think it had much effect on your property price, some property in Puchong last time around 300k (should be more than 7 years) now the price almost double up....their lease hold years more lesser.
