Hi guys,anyone knows public bank or maybank is giving out any loan here? Ambank and OUB is their in house bank right? newbies here~~~ hope u all can help out here~~

Well, we have to live with it, overall property in Malaysia is still "cheap" compared to developed nation like SG, JP, KR, HK... the only issue we have is our currency is weak and we don't have enough purchasing power.

If our vision 2020 to become a develop nation, property that time is even beyond reached..

Btw.. There are still have some terraces selling abt 400k+ at nilai, seremban2 & 3.. the hse development is heading to those area now simple bcox we are really running out of lands in prime areas.

Public Bank and Maybank is in their panel list also, but Public Bank wont give you 90% loan, I applied Public Bank before for this condo, there gave me 30 year tenure, 80% only......

ya... Public bank also did not give full 90% loan for my case...
and to add on, Maybank already finish their quota for this project... so dont think u can get maybank anymore...

There is a small house at the edge of that field . Looks like a mini chinese temple to me :S . Just curious will it still be there after completion ? in the show model that particular space is supposed to be some walk path / jogging track ..thats what they claimed via the model ...so just curious

icic... then public bank is more diff to apply then... will try my best

D'aman developer trustworthy???

FYI, the chinese temple will remain there... Asked my SA, that is their feng sui.. wouldn't remove it.. the jogging track will be next to the temple...

No need try Public Bank.....confirmed they wont give you 90% loan.....heard from one of my senior that know some1 inside the bank, Public Bank wont give 90% loan due to they know Masteron giving 10% rebate on pricing.
Ambank might be better, I applied 4-5 bank and Ambank the fastest respond and gave me approval.

maybe the carpark is built on top/with the TNB housing? since i see there are some car parks with TNB housing at ground floor...

could be.. but how can the pillar support? it's a 5 levels carpark woh.. lets see..

The 5 level parking lot come with condo at above locate in front of the site (near to the chinese temple), and behind actually is a empty ground (near to the tnb house), and this part actually will have another parking lot (probably only 2 to 3 floor, I forget) connect to the main 5 floor parking lot.

2 parking space given to the buyer will be in the 5 floor parking lot, the 2-3 floor parking is for guest parking.....

Another confirm news from my SA is there will be a Pondok Police with a Govt Clinic locate inside the D aman site area (somewhere just next to tnb house). This should be a good things, at least I feel more safety and have a nearby access to clinic.

ya... last i heard the 2-3 stories car park on top of the TNB area are for visitor parking...

but not sure is the 2 car parks linked... and if the public can use the car park and how much access the public have to D'Aman site... i really hope the public do not have access to the residence car park... no offence but even with the pondok police, crime can still happen due to our infamous police efficiency... and alot of crime happens in car park...
