Lol...

In this case, the banks are more worried than u. Surely they hv evaluated the developer before approving the financing for this project.

If wat u said is true, ctos checking surely reflected that. How can the bank still proceed if the developer got problem. Just think wisely.

Interesting... think if its really the case, Koi Prima buyers should be much more worried... D'Aman havent sign SNP also...

also, the winding up petition was 1998... Koi Kinrara, Koi Legian, Koi Tropika all was built much later... they should have earn a decent profit by now...

D'Aman buyers still havent sign S&P? I thought sign some time ago dy.

What happen? If it unable to sign by 31st Dec, then the S&P next year could be likely on the new format and all the freebies, rebates must be on the transparency and hence, the loan could be taken off due to higher than 90% loan or up to 100% loan, unless banks able to take risk and proceed the risks, which is largely unlikely.

However, I think the CTOS shouldn't be big issue to make the projects abandon, where they had track record of completed the older range of condos and Koi Kinrara recently, the sales of Koi Prima is quite encouraging and more than break even, Aurora and D' Aman I not sure, but if already secured more than 40%, it is home for the Masteron.

D'Aman havent sign yet... they kept delaying the signing... D'Aman not sure is sticker game or not but those that they opened up mostly are taken up...

btw, if thats the case, how would Koi Prima do? they have few more blocks not launch yet right? without the freebies theres still be good take up rate?

Koi prima is under another subsidiary of masteron group. If so called winding up of masteron Sdn Bhd, no direct impact to them. But surely they will get sweat as well....

But, truly speaking, now a lot of things went against this Masteron Sdn Bhd.

Although carry the name of the Group, there is no difference actually.

The endless delay of launching and SNP signing make people hugely frustrated and also make their name in no favour.

They are the one can answer all this. But they choose to keep silence which really a stupid move.
