I read my S&P agreement today,n my unit (1076sqf) become smaller (1073sqf)....I think i will cancel this house,bcoz no more trust for me to this project...

For the land is expiring on 11th August 2096.I ask my properties fren,and they say this is normal case which u can see happen to many project as well.Many developer rent the land few years then only they build it,and when they build it maybe only left 80+ years.Developer only can renew to another new 99 years when the land is left 60years n below.

1sqt or 100sqt , its still different from what you booked the Unit for. The price of the unit is related with the floor and unit sqt. If they decrease the sqt even by 1sqt , i think its not fair if they are going to sell it for the same price. They should do some adjustment . A minor one also is better then nothing as they are already trying to CON the buyers by not informing them on this change made...

No response from developer / lawyer? bcoz i think in snp normally they will state it approximately at 1,076 sq ft.

Im still struggle either take it or leave it...what is ur opinion??what is other buyer opinion???
A lot of new project going on but all beyond my budget....

If really shrink to 997sqf i think i sure will cancel...! Since it was just 3sqf different, just forget abt it. I'm in the same situation as u also, no choice, all others project beyond my budget...!
And my lawyer firm not yet get back to me... Still waiting for them to check the signing fee and date.
I'm under Lim & Yeoh Lawyer Firm, who else? Can share the price... Thanks!

I called my lawyer firm this morning, A Rahim & Co Bangsar to prepare the document for signing. Made an appointment with them on this Saturday at D'Aman sales office to sign also

Feel so disappointed after reading all these.. No wonder there are banks which rejects their projects whenever people applying for loan.. Right after they saw it's by Masteron >.< thinking of cancelling it already!
