Right now my interest lies in ULV processor. Right now AMD ULV seems promissing with better integrated GPU than Intel.

Your guess is right. I am an AMD die-hard fan. Do let me know as soon as dell come up with AMD ULV processor as I love to have Dell NBD on-site warranty support. icon_rolleyes.gif

just got a dell latitude with 1 year accidental damage service + 3 years NBD Pro Support service...

What sort of warranty does Pro Support actually cover?

lol this is sooo true.I've sent my Acer 4741G laptop back to shop 20th June last month due to HDD failures after 1year6months usage but till now no news yet.Called the shop owner last week and he said to wait, this is normal and claiming warranty always take time.3 weeks as of today now still no news.Maybe will be one month++ like you said.i should've send directly to their service center but was busy and no time to go there...duh doh.gif

i went to msi service centre in lowyat and ask how long it takes to check and complete repair2 all. he said maybe 1 month.. shocking.gif
but dunno if its true o not coz i still hvnt give my laptop. after i send my laptop to claim warranty, i ll get back to u guys about the msi warranty service.. hopefully i dnt hve to wait 1 month ... sweat.gif

My Vostro 1200 is working perfectly for a wonderful 5 years =) and still alive... never use the warranty tongue.gif

Dell worse in quality good in warranty coverage....
My friend already repair his Inspiron 15R for 5 times, keeping replace mobo, screen and laptop base
