lol this is sooo true.I've sent my Acer 4741G laptop back to shop 20th June last month due to HDD failures after 1year6months usage but till now no news yet.Called the shop owner last week and he said to wait, this is normal and claiming warranty always take time.3 weeks as of today now still no news.Maybe will be one month++ like you said.i should've send directly to their service center but was busy and no time to go there...duh doh.gif
