Lenovo should be good i think. The support is still handle by VADS if i am not wrong. These guys are professionals who used to deal with corporate market....not like Taiwainese companies giving the SC job to some local samseng who has link to Taiwanese triad society taiko....hehe.

The new XPS design is ok...but the Inspiron....looks like this

XPS is at least RM 3k...while other brands 2K lappy also looks very nice. Build quality also an issue...the Dell trackpad sucks...very plasticky...not smooth...(Inspiron series). If they put some efforts into their design for the Inspiron range...no need to think...all the other brands can tar pau.

Why do you want to buy SONY?? Overpriced, not much choices, nothing special.

TOSHIBA seems to have reputation for reliable laptops, but not sure their services.

Very easy...the website already explain mah.

Essential - parts and labor. If you break it with hammer. No warranty.

Basic - parts and labor. You break it with hammer still got warranty (but don't tell them you did it on purpose).

Premium - As above + software problems + 24/7 they entertain you.
