5 NV farm without reset skill is still manageable. Some elite must really run. Don't need to waste time on them. Die so many time but drop shit.

the last i check, Cold Resist + All resist are slightly cheaper. avoid physical resist, it's most expensive due to barbarian also wants it.

i m using Poison+All Resist. In fact, many people I know use this too.

The way I do it, I have been monitoring the AH for a loooong time while farming for gold. Get 1 piece at a time when the price is right.

i think the cheapest way to complete Inferno with monk is to stock up Resistances with OWE. then, compliments your lack of armor using Keen Eye and/or Evasion+20% more armor. You can pump up to close to 900 resist and 1k armor with these kind of setup. With that amount of DR, even Act 4 is do-able. White mob wont be able to kill you anymore (dont get surrounded). You will still have to kite with some elites to narrow entrance, etc, and you will still dies, but it's definitely able to complete Inferno.

Hopefully you get 20k DPS without buff if not killing takes a lot of time...

Ya I'm slowly gearing towards that direction. Up to this moment, I can faceroll act 1 with high crits, 700 LoH. But Act 2, I die like a dog. Looks like I need to ditch my high crits...

NO! i dont recommend it! I only recommend stock up resist and armor as a cheaper alternative. If you already with high crits and LoH (both are expensive BTW), i see no reason to turn back!

5k armor 500AR 25k hp dual wield 15k dps with 1.4k LoH how far can I go?

easily finish act1..act 2 can if u dont fight elite

I have better stats, lower LoH, I got facerolled in act 2 I can switch to defensive, which render my LoH build useless

defensive switch a shield in will reduce my dps to 10k, LoH down to 1k. Now still ok ok in act 2 without the shield. No time to proceed further everyday want to finish the "distrub ritual" also cannot T_T, always got interruption.

i stack all resist and resist poison too!
ur success story motivated me to move forward.
i just tarpau-ed belial this morning.
then lit 5 beacons. raised 1 catapult then i need to drive gf to work liao.
i will try and clear act 3 now lulz.

my stats after various buff:

damage 24k
armor 11,444
all resist 824
health 38k
critical chance 26%
critical damage 50%

m1 deadly reach, +50% armor 4 seconds
m2 evasion mantra, back lash 47% PBAOE dmg

s1 breath of life, +15% dmg 45 seconds
s2 serenity, healing
s3 earth mystic ally
s4 blinding flash, +30% dmg 3 seconds

p1 62.5 healing per spirit spent
p2 one with all
p3 dex +armor

i can tell you that you're overgeared to take down diablo and azmodan, ghom just need kiting work but very very possible too

actually all the act3 bosses are cake walk (except ghom). siegebreaker, cyidididida (dunno spelling), azmodan, all one shot EASY victory. but ghom, dafuq? I was at close to 1 minute res timer by the time I managed to find a strategy to kill him.

I'm gonna post my gears today... Need guidance from u guys on which to replace or which to upgrade

most aoe dmg followers ignore lol. something like WoW pets.

only DD dmg and some aoe/dot will affect them (desecrate, plague no issue, however tree pumpkins will kill)
molten wont, but the death explosion will kill

I keep dying Act2 early part Disturb Ritual quest.
Got these 4 elites with chain keep chasing me.

Loh 700
Armor 6000+
Hp low 24k
Dps nearly 14k only
All res 500

Using keen eye to boost armor
Heal to increase dmg
Mantra evasion to increase dodge n armor
Using serenity also

When use skill armor goes to 9k+ dmg 16/17k

Can't kill fast enough. Gold low around 220k left..
What can I do?
