Get JB branch address and postage you can obtained from the site call the JB office to make the deals (last time i also done that way) wait till your lappy or what kind of related product is fixed n they will call you and postage (last part, pay your own)

Asus really to take serious action toward this matter as i saw many post that been opened to voice out their problem toward Asus after sales service . They dont realize that customer will posted their problem in forum . Thus automatically give big impact toward their sales . ASUS now is in BIG TROUBLE !
*Have experience replace my SONY laptop screen at their service centre in KLCC . Really satisfied as their customer service very efficient and professional .

same goes to me as seller.

buyer go to asus lowyat asking for DOA & their just open the Job Sheet and ask to request new set from me and ask me to go to asus lowyat and request DOA from them. till now, 4 units waiting DOA from them & still no replacement unit.

quality for asus product is good, but after sale service really suck. especially their staff named Mas. i heard lots of complaint bout her. rubbish. mad.gif

can anyone tell me royal club asus address ? i tried send to servex they bounce out my mobo is not under them .

p/s : eventually i bought it from PC ZONE lowyatplaza suddenly i dont see them anymore .

I had a bad experience with Asus Service Centre in Malaysia; they make great products, sure --but their service is the worse shit in the Malaysia.

They're famous for it already: Send in to repair ONE problem, you get back TWO PROBLEM. They're not careful, they're not professional, they're not neat.

Sadly, for this reason, I'm staying away from Asus products --not worth the trouble with the service centre.

Judging from the thread, I assume the LY asus service center is shit? Ah yo... And I thought things would be easier so I can just drop it off there. Can I just confirm, the best place to get my laptop fixed is the JB center? How do I go about it ar? Just call and set things up? And how do I send it in to them?

And to think I was going to build a desktop with ASUS parts.
