buyer go to asus lowyat asking for DOA & their just open the Job Sheet and ask to request new set from me and ask me to go to asus lowyat and request DOA from them. till now, 4 units waiting DOA from them & still no replacement unit.

quality for asus product is good, but after sale service really suck. especially their staff named Mas. i heard lots of complaint bout her. rubbish.
