If you got holding power, then you should buy. If you don't, property investment just too much risks for you. This project already sell for 3 years, price was little change, so downsize risks are small compared to other high-fly project.

Mr. Lau, MD of L&G for this project said in a interview with one property magazine that they will suprise buyers on their finishing quality of their project. They will build the project beyond expectations, better than what the brochures had presented us. Sound very promising and tempting, let us found out in 6-7 months time. If he did what he said, I am sure the price will move up again and attract new attention. Since there is another new project adjoining to this one, so there is a strong reason that they will build this one good in order for the new one to be sellable.

Hope he keep his words.. icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif Based on its current progress, it seems very likely Elements will VP on time, unlike its past record. Maybe they are determine to change this round, set their brand into big & reputable developer category ? hmm.gif

it says 'Leasehold' instead of Freehold in their ads...

That is clearly a mistake. Go back to the lawyer and say f u. Please change this. I signed mine with freehold

Hi guys, pls read carefully. There wasn't mistake. The Elements is a freehold, but this one is leasehold, this is the One adjoining to The Elements, a new project, not yet launching.

Hi Amint, you got any news to update us with this project? M Suites already VP with sub-sell price ranging from 1200 - 1400 psf. Do u know the selling progress for this one?
