They are certainly completing by 2014, I am watching the progress daily and my unit is facing Elements, quality wise I am not so sure. in fact air con already installed but some sliding doors not yet. Tiling is on the way. They are rushing to finish this job coz they work 8am-8pm daily non stop, even paint the balcony wall during raining season before Xmas. Anyone need any updates can PM me, live from my 14th floor balcony
