Hi foogie, do u receive letter from bank regarding penalty for late payment on interest charges? When is the completion?

I received! But it's not from bank.. it's from L&G charging me for interest for late payment.
Anyone received the same? It's their own lawyer that creating the delay wo.. definitely not the buyers!

What letter? Mind to share here?

I have received it also. It was the late charges for the first 10% issued by the bank. The letter supposed to sent 2 years plus ago. I have got my loan approved within a week, I don't know why they charged me for? L&G staff is not professional, like dealing with government dept, not efficient, not helpful also. A DIBS project, sending letter asking for late charges, which supposed to sent 2 years plus ago, what they tried to do?? Make sure buyers never buy from them again??? .

Yes! It is very irritating when keep receiving the letter once every few months when this project is under DIBS and so the interest charges should be bear by the developer during constructions! When email to the sales person to follow up, she told this should email to their finance! Push here and there!

GCB is freehold or leasehold?

Same situation.
Called them and was told to write in for waiver.
Did that and is waived

I called L&G and the lawyer about it.
The lawyer said L&G requires the buyer to write in to request for waiver, so I did.

Agreed that the developer PIC is not professional in attending this. They don't even bother to explain or listen the details, just kept saying write in and request for waiver.

Did they provide any letter to confirm that the waiver is granted?
I just dun like to see surprise especially dealing with $$$.. give me money can lah

No need to send letter. Just email to the Sales person that u had liaise with when purchased the unit. I have emailed and sofar all has been settled.

Yes they did.

Recently very hazy I didint even open my window and sliding door, from what I can see they are removing the plastic sheets that on the glass surface, that's all, if u want pic pls leave me yr email here or by PM, I will snap and send when the weather is better
